My partner bid something strange

Every engine call has a reason under the auction while you bid, and after the board the result sheet shows what the engine would have called in your seat and why. If a call still looks wrong to you, send us the board: the result sheet lists the auction, and the boards screen keeps the seed. We replay it exactly and, if the bid is wrong by the system, we fix the bidder. The bidder is measured every release against double-dummy par over hundreds of deals, and reports like yours are where the next fix comes from.

The engine seems to see my cards

It does not. The seats the program plays see their own hand, dummy once it is down, the auction and the cards played, and nothing else. For each card they imagine many deals consistent with that and solve every one. A finesse that "always" fails is the engine having inferred the layout from the bidding and the early play, which is what a good defender does too. The real deal is solved only in the post-mortem, after the board is over.

I never get a hand to bid

The shuffle is random and unweighted. If you want practice on particular hands, open Table setup on the home screen: it can deal you an opening hand, a game for your side, or a major fit, and the declarer and defence practice modes hand the whole auction to the engine so you only play.

I tapped the wrong card or the wrong call

Undo takes you back to your previous decision, and the engine thinks again. Settings has a confirm-calls switch that asks for a second tap before a call is made.

I bought Pro and still see advertisements

Bridge and Bridge Pro are two separate applications. Buying Pro installs a second application, without advertising; the free one stays on your device until you remove it. Uninstall the free edition once your games matter to you no longer, and use Pro.

My games and statistics did not come across to Pro

They do not. Android keeps each application's data to itself, and we do not copy it between the two. Your record in the free edition stays there for as long as it stays installed.

I changed device, or reinstalled

Bridge Pro is tied to the Google account that bought it. Sign in with that account on the new device and install it from Google Play; there is nothing to restore and no code to enter. Saved games and statistics live on the device, so they travel only if Android's own backup restored them.

Deleting everything the game stored

Uninstall it, or use Android's Settings → Apps → Bridge → Storage → Clear data. Nothing is held anywhere else. The privacy policy lists exactly what is stored.

An advertisement was deceptive or unsuitable

Send us a screenshot. Google selects the advertisements, so we cannot block one advertiser on our own, but we do report them and we can change where advertisements are allowed to appear.

Reporting a defect

Useful reports say what you did, what happened, and what you expected. For a wrong bid, a wrong play or a wrong score, the board is worth more than a description of it: the result sheet shows the auction, and the boards screen shows the board number. Send those and the trick where it went wrong, and we replay your exact deal.

Asking for something

Feature requests are read and kept. So is a message telling us that a control is too small, that a colour is hard to read, or that a screen reader does not say the right thing — accessibility reports are treated as defects, not as suggestions.
